B,M, Chicken Nest (Biriyani Masala)

Biriyani Masala Chicken Nest


 Marinate

Chicken 1/2 kg  (Make it chili pieces)
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbs
Soya Sauce 1/2 tbs
Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbs
Salt
Corn flour 2 tbs
Marinated for 1/2 hour &deep fry in the oil..


Biriyani Masala..

onion [medium] 4
ginger garlic paste 3 tbs (crushed is more better)
green chili 6
tomato 2 big
coriander leaves 1 handful
mint leaves same
garam masala 1/2 tbs
turmeric powder 1/3 tbs
coriander powder 1/2
 tbs

lemon juice 1 tsp
Cinnamon Stick 1
Ghee or oil 

Wok with oil &cinnamon stick add onion saute it...(medium saute is preferable)
Add rest of the ingredients one by one...
Add powders &Make it dry
Now add 13 ..14..Bread Crumbs.
Just mix it with biriyani masala..Don,t be over mix...When u overmix the bread crumbs the masala  will be sticky..it will affected the taste too..


Remove the cinnamon sticks &Big pieces of tomatoes ..

Take a genarous amount of masala in ur palm..
Now place the fried chicken
Cover it Gently...Different size of the chicken pieces will be make a slight different n the size of the nest...
See without any holes..
Must cover all the parts properly..otherwise it will open while frying...

Egg whites 
Bread crumbs 

Dip the Chicken nest in egg whites and then roll it in the bread crumbs...Slowly put it into the hot oil..&deep fry it..Have with tomato ketchup..

    First of all beautiful blog. I like the way u have presented everything from A-Z.
    I tired this pudding and its yummy. I was a bit confused if u meant 2 dragon fruit or 2 half portions ?
    Secondly even though I added more chine grass lets say 10gms , my pudding didn't set quite well .It was a bit watery. Wat do u think ?
