Bread pizza





Bread pizza is instant &kids friendly snack recipe....




Bread pizza

Ingredients
Bread Slices      5n
Pizza Sauce or ketchup   3-4tbsp
Vegetables for topping  (i used capsicum,tomato)
oregano little
Pepper powder little (optional)
Mozzarella Cheese  1 cup
Shredded Chicken  (Cooked the chicken pieces with little red chili  powder,,salt&water,,when water get absorb fully sprinkle little garam masala powder &close the lid for few minutes,,now with separate pan add little oil&fry the chicken &shredded..or u can use any leftover chicken pieces to make ths easy pizza)



Preheat oven.. trim edges and cut the slices to desired shape.spread some sauce
Then add tomato,capsicum, chicken,sprinkle pepper powder, oregano .Grate the cheese such that it covers the toppings..bake it till cheese melt..

Vanilla Ice Cream




Easy Vanilla Ice Cream 

Ingredients :

MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ tin (200g)
NESTLĒ Milk 1- ½ cups (225 ml)
Cream 1- ½ cups
Vanilla essence 1 tsp.

Method :

Step 1: Whip cream with an electric beater in a deep bowl till light and fluffy.
Step 2: Mix together MILKMAID, milk and vanilla essence. Fold in the whipped cream.
Step 3. Pour into a mould and cover with aluminum foil and freeze. Whip when half set and freeze again.

Mango Ice cream





.MANGO ICE CREAMMM


RECIPE SOURCE : FATINAZ
Ingredients:
2 cups mango ( cut in cubes form)
1 cup condensed milk
2 cups or 400 ml fresh cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbsp gelatin powder
Method:
Heat pan on a flame. Now put sliced mangoes and 1/2 cup sugar into it.
Cook on a slow flame until sugar dissolves properly and mangoes get soft. Now cool it down then blend this in a blender and make a pulp.
Now take a big container or bowl put lots of ice into it. Now take another bowl for mixing and put on this ice bowl.
Put condensed milk and cream in it and beat until mixed perfectly.
Dissolve gelatin powder in a little hot water. Now put this dissolved gelatin, milk and mango pulp into this cream mixture and beat until perfectly mixed.

Now put this yummy mixture in a plastic container or box and put the lid on and put into freezer for atleast 5-6 hours. Yummy, delicious mango ice cream is ready to eat. — only one different i made ths recipe dat condensed milk only 1/2 cup used,,,

Honey &Dates Ice Cream

 


 Honey ice cream is a simple yet delicious one..This is a very rich &tasty one dat can be made with less effort too...














 Recipe Source.. Nestle,

lngredients,

 1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g,chilled
 3 cups whipping cream or 750 ml,liquid, chilled
 1½ teaspoons vanilla powder
 1½ cups toasted almonds or 225 g, chopped
 1 cup pistachio nuts or 100 g, ground
 1 cup dried dates or 150 g, chopped ¼ cup
date syrup or 60 ml

 Preparation

 Combine NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , liquid whipping cream and vanilla powder in a bowl of an electric mixer. Beat until thick and creamy.(beat minimum 1/2 hour) Carefully fold in almonds, pistachio and dates. Pour half the cream mixture into a foil lined 12cm x 23cm loaf pan. Gently sprinkle with date syrup over the cream then spoon the rest of the cream mixture over. Cover with cling film and freeze for at least 12 hours until set.

Chikoo Delight



Starting with something sweet,,yummy &simple too :)

 


Ingredients
chikoo 4
egg 7
bread slices 4to5 (remove the crust)
milk powder 6 tbs
cardamom powder pinch
vanilla essence little
sugar 6 tbs

preparation

ln a mixie jar first blend 4 egg with required amount of sugar,3tb full milk power ,,caradamom powder,Mean time take a non stick pot.apply some
oil or ghee at the bottom n sides of the pot...pour little egg mixture (refer the step by step pic)soon place the bread slices,,press it gently with ur fingers,,
bread must soak the mixture,,Again spread the egg mixture to it,,close the lid,,cook it n very low flame till it come half set,,(it will take only 3,4 minutes)while we can repeat the same procedure with chikoo,,(3 egg +sugar+milk power+vanilla+chikoo)spread this mixture on top to the bread mix,,cover it,,cook it more 15 ..to 20 minute,,,when done open it &if needed turn the other side carefully to the greased fry pan &cook
  more 2to 3 minute..now it ready to serve,,u can refridgrate before serving,,(it taste better)


tip...place a plain lid under the nonstick pot before cooking,,so it will not get burn texture
